    Hi!

    Nice to meet you my name’s Brook. I’m an Online Coach from London, UK. Who helps people all over the world achieve their fitness goals through personalized 1-2-1 guidance. I have an extensive background in Strength training, Muscle building and weight loss with over 15yrs of experience.

    Whether you want to lose weight, gain muscle, improve your health or just feel more confident, I can design a program that suits your needs and preferences.

    Some of my own personal accomplishments: I am a 3x International Powerlifting Champion and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (Martial Arts) competitor, I am also a Level 3 Personal Trainer and have won the “Centurion” award for best trainer I am also a certified (Adaptive and Inclusive) Personal Trainer.
