I've been with Brook for 11 months now and I'm down 52 lbs and counting! He's about the most personable and understanding trainer I've ever had. He genuinely cares and celebrates all your accomplishments with you. I've had trainers in the past and always felt like a paycheck to them as opposed to genuinely wanting to teach me good habits. His workouts are always different yet are things you can do on your own without the need for equipment. My favorite thing is seeing the muscle definition I have gained from being with him. My goal was to just lose weight but once I saw the definition in my muscles, I have a whole new set of goals to shoot for with Brook that I can't wait to see the results of! He's always focused on the big picture of diet being just as important as exercise and will go into great detail to help you get it right. This man just does not give up and it's the best thing having someone like that in your corner.

My Story
My love for fitness started early — and I mean early.
There’s a photo of me at around six years old, proudly flexing in an Arnold Schwarzenegger T-shirt, clutching a can of Pepsi like it was a protein shake. I was obsessed with strength and inspired by legends like Bruce Lee and Arnold. Even back then, I knew I wanted to be strong.
I started training seriously around 15 or 16, and it quickly became part of who I am. But growing up, we didn’t have much. We didn’t even have hot water at home — so when I discovered the gym, it became more than just a place to train. It was a sanctuary. I took a job as a gym receptionist, folding towels and managing memberships, just to stay close to it. Eventually, I worked my way up to a fitness coach, and then earned my Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.
I’ve always had a passion for lifting. One of my best friends spotted my potential and encouraged me to sign up for a powerlifting competition. I had no expectations — but I ended up breaking the bench press record and taking home the first-place trophy. That was the start of a run of wins and titles, but more than anything, it confirmed what I love: helping people get stronger.
Now I coach clients all over the world, guiding them to build strength, stay consistent, and take control of their fitness — wherever they are.
