My Story

My love for fitness started early — and I mean early.

There’s a photo of me at around six years old, proudly flexing in an Arnold Schwarzenegger T-shirt, clutching a can of Pepsi like it was a protein shake. I was obsessed with strength and inspired by legends like Bruce Lee and Arnold. Even back then, I knew I wanted to be strong.

I started training seriously around 15 or 16, and it quickly became part of who I am. But growing up, we didn’t have much. We didn’t even have hot water at home — so when I discovered the gym, it became more than just a place to train. It was a sanctuary. I took a job as a gym receptionist, folding towels and managing memberships, just to stay close to it. Eventually, I worked my way up to a fitness coach, and then earned my Level 3 Personal Trainer qualification.

I’ve always had a passion for lifting. One of my best friends spotted my potential and encouraged me to sign up for a powerlifting competition. I had no expectations — but I ended up breaking the bench press record and taking home the first-place trophy. That was the start of a run of wins and titles, but more than anything, it confirmed what I love: helping people get stronger.

Now I coach clients all over the world, guiding them to build strength, stay consistent, and take control of their fitness — wherever they are.
